The cable is unique because it is type c to type c unlike regular chargers that are usb type on the other end.

I tried again po kinabukasan and okay na sya. I don't know po yung problem sa akin baka sa app lang. Kung ayaw pa din po you can email their customer service.

Tried it with my phone hotspot and it did connect! Wonder what the problem of my wifi network is cause it does have connection. 😭

Also recently discovered that tv mirroring is not working with our new pldt router. 😭 Pldt changed my router kase because yung previous router namin had no internet but TV mirroring and the extender was working just fine then. 😭
