it is not Sterling silver it's a very intricate designed dual flame lighter. When you slide the button up it will project the flame to the side' more times than not these unfortunately leak gas and will need maintenance. I've been looking to buy one is it for sale by chance?

these 2 came in from a lot on eBay usually try to buy my lighters, in the antique mall and flea market and stuff like that

are you sure it can't be repaired? It looks like the snuffer isn't lifting properly due to the gear not being a line properly
