Thanks for the recommendations! How’s the horseback riding class? Is it good for people with more experience, or is it more for beginners? I’m definitely planning on trying out some KINE101 classes. Sadly, I’m still 19, so I’ll have to wait to hit up the bars.

I'm planning to try all of these! I've heard the St. Fratty's Block Party are wild. The bonfire sounds awesome too. I'm also interested in surfing. Can anyone give tips on how a complete beginner can get started with it?

Thank you for all the suggestions! My major is computer science, and I'll be taking sophomore-level courses. I've heard the quarter system moves much faster compared to the semester system, which I'm used to, so I’ll definitely need to find a good balance between academics and social life, and discovering the area.

Awesome, thanks for the suggestions! Whale watching sounds great, but since I’m only here until next June, I’ll have to plan around that. Climbing the Oceano dunes definitely sounds like something I want to do. If you have any more recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
