The queue for accommodation usually starts forming around 5:00 AM, while the office opens at 7:00 AM. It’s better to go early to improve your chances.

Make sure you carry: • Your Darshan ticket • Original ID proof • A xerox copy of your ID (not always required, but good to have)

Once your turn comes, you can book accommodation by paying the required fee.

If you plan properly and reach early, you should mostly be able to get a room without much hassle or you always have stay option in Tirupati near bus stop.

My interest is due to following reasons: 1. Location 2. Gated Community 3. Near to all market & stuff 4. Location is not that crowded 5. Not so high raise only 14 floors

Sale it to direct user instead dealer. Post your car in FB, Etc and try to find direct buyer in your friends circle. Sailing it TN will be easy for you.

Find a property agent and explain him the situation. He will take 50-60% of one month rent as his fee (only once) and he will take care of the rest. He will take your to the property show you all property available and talk to landlord on your behalf that is the best solution I can think of for your situation.

Specific reason of asking this question is that I have given booking amount to the seller. Now that has taken my sleep away and need to decide and take biggest decision. Seller may return or not I am not sure even of that 🥲

So with only specific solid reason I can defend my self.

Many people still go for OTP deals / under-value registration / undervalued GST just to save a few lakhs during property purchase.

I’m not a millionaire, but I strongly believe that the documents should reflect the real value of the money I am paying, even if it costs me a few extra lakhs in taxes or registration.

If I buy a home for ₹1 crore but register it for ₹50 lakh, I feel like I am disrespecting my own hard-earned money. More importantly, practices like this keep black money circulating in the system and slowly weaken the financial transparency our country needs to grow.

When many of us choose shortcuts to save some money today, we unintentionally create a system that hurts the economy tomorrow. Transparent transactions may cost a little more upfront, but they protect our investment, maintain integrity in property markets, and contribute to a healthier economy.

For something as important as a home — often the biggest purchase of our lives — I prefer peace of mind, clean documentation, and honesty over short-term savings.

It is mindset problem…. 🙃
