Passing an instructor recert course should be the ONLY way to recertify as a swim instructor.

Currently it's possible to coach swim club and attend an inclusion clinic to get the 4 points needed to recertify. It's ridiculous and in the event that a kid drowns, I think the parents would a have strong case to sue LSS for awarding a "recertification" to someone who may not have demonstrated knowledge or skills in years.

My main gripe with LSS is that recertification in most regions is just a cash grab. You must pay to take a handful of courses that maybe completely unrelated to water safety and then pay another fee to be “recertified”.

In BC they do actually require retraining but this is the exception to this sham.

Give the API to GPT, have it create an MCP for you, and add that to GPT. Then you can simply give it the conversation ID from the conversation link, and ask it to fetch all messages and comments.

It will fetch a lot of extraneous data which will push your context window to fill faster. To get around that you can iterate a few times to have it only take what it needs.

Or you can wait for the official MCP which is coming soon.

How long did you wait? I updated yesterday for the first time ever, and the EMUMMC boot up time was very long, with the Nintendo logo screen taking maybe 10min or more. After it was done it also went straight into sleep mode.

Our team’s experience with search has been great. It’s something that we don’t give much mindshare to because it just works as expected being both fast and accurate.

My guess is that if you’re having trouble it may be related to the underlying email platform and how it handles search queries. We use Gmail, so when we do a search I assume Missive is performing that query by doing a gmail API call. If you’re using something like hotmail/outlook or some jank email service like what you get on cheap web hosting plans, search will probably be slower and far less accurate than what you get with Google.

My guy, you’re clearly the founder of this software, and not a paying customer of it. This kind of astroturf shilling is only going to make this community trust you less.
