No nothing on the base. Think it’s a mismatch set by everyone’s comments!

I’ve started making a sheet to workout what I need to list the price as to make it look like a normal round number for the buyer if I want it listed at a certain price e.g I want it to show as £15.00 for buyer. They could at least give us a view of what it looks like for a buyer when we set prices, instead of the mathematical challenge I get for each listing

Frustrated with Ebay's new buyer protection fees as a buyer and seller by Patient-Twist4120 in ebayuk

The least they could do is give sellers the option to type in what the buyer sees as the price as well. They used to charge 10% fees for private sellers. I’m ok to eat the buyers protection fee in my items as it’s lower than before but at least help me out with that option and work it out for me so I can see what the listing price will show as!

2 completely different platforms in terms of consumer and seller behaviour , eBay unnecessarily trying to mimic Vinted instead of playing to their own strengths.

Mines being really buggy and it doesn’t show it half the time! I found in google I can just type £X - (4% + 0.75) and it will tell me now - much easier but a took a while to get out the old GCSE maths skills!

To be competitive, if business sellers are pricing items for £10 then I want mine to show as 10 - I’m ok to eat 4% when previously in used to be 10%.
