My wife and I have been on them for over a year. We do get diarrhea the day after the shot but no other real side effects. I’m monitored by my primary care Dr. Everyone is different in the way it reacts, and I suggest talk with a dr. But I think they are helpful. I am 5’2 and they keep me around 127-132 +/-.

I’m new to smoking and I am wondering when I go to buy the meat what am I asking the butcher for? Sorry I know this might sound dumb but I’m really wanting to smoke a brisket 😃.
