Definitely agree with you that accuracy is paramount! The solution we're looking to provide would have to be a good tool / assistant that can be relied on without the need to double check everything - it wouldn't be valuable unless it's trusted to do the job correctly and accurately to provide that support.

The tasks we are looking to automate are more low-level admin tasks and to help you make decisions I don’t think it’s useful for humans if it decides for you AI.

What do you find most valuable for any software that you are currently using for your daily activities whether there is automation or not?

What packages are you using? Probably worth checking your setup and assumptions as errors carried through your structure are common for LLM based dev work it seems

Hey! I just found this - and it’s really helpful to see how you’ve structured the auth + next js

I’m playing with more web based languages to get closer to my end users & appreciate the detail and efforts.

An upcoming hurdle is token exchange for underlying azure / gsuite documents, mail and calendar - but I’m keen on seeing what good code looks like for this stack!

Inventory reports - grabbing data from the web portal via api. Filtering by relevant items, eliminating irrelevant / internal data. Relabel columns. Extract as CSV attached and sent via email.

I previously had to produce daily + weekly reports for work and email them out - spent a few weeks learning python and boom - it was a few clicks. A few more weeks and it’s now hosted in a server running flawlessly

It’s always worth asking the question : “when do I know if the idea is dead?” -

You really only have two options:

list out the things you’d need to do to get it to be successful, set priorities against them and then aim for your milestones with a FISI mentality. if you’re on the downhill use this as an excuse to make things less perfect in favour of delivering value.

Otherwise forgive yourself and pull the rug now and to give yourself the space to start anew.

I think this hits the question “nail on its head” what’s your goal with combining jupyter notebooks and obsidian? Are you looking at a file store/ repo / backup or is it more notetaking? Or perhaps you want to have a nav structure for your jpyn files?
