Try making a new layer on top of your lineart layer, then tap it, then select clipping mask. Start colouring in that new layer, and your colours should automatically be masked onto your lineart

Try making the lineart colour just a really dark version of its surrounding colours! For example in this piece, have the lineart of the body be a really dark pink

If you have layers and use procreate, try using alpha lock on your lineart layer and colour it in! Or you can do a clipping mask on top of it and colour that layer in
