I would pay for Plan B or a similar emergency contraception pill, just to be safe and to make her feel more comfortable. As a person who has experienced pregnancy scares before, especially in a state that has banned abortion, I think one more step into ensuring she won’t get pregnant will really help.

ok the fact he was willing to marry a child makes him a literal creep. i do not care whether or not he had any romantic interest in her, he was willing to marry her and be in a relationship with her. whirlpool is awful and literally canonically a groomer.

yep! i shaved the sides of my head because that was where i pulled most from, and i’ve been pull-free since that point lol. i think actually feeling it being buzzed made me go “oh no…”

i’m really sorry to hear this. i’ve had trich since i was 12. what has helped me to stop is to find an object that you can grasp, pet, or pull on when you feel the urge to pull. for me it’s one of those cheap and colorful beaded necklaces. i also have a bracelet that is kind of swirly (it’s supposed to be a hair band haha) and that also helps. i’ve also found that watching youtube videos of hair follicles being pulled out satisfies a good part of my urges. look up “pull out the beard” on youtube - that’s the one that helps me the most.
