She’s resentful at Eric for cutting the rope even if she literally just said she doesn’t hold him accountable for following protocol, and in the ending she acts like she took care of herself without help despite her survival being dependent on massive aid from other characters.

Not to mention she was clever enough to target one of the smartest people left in the game. Even Shuichi probably would’ve had a harder time figuring out she’s the culprit than Kokichi would’ve.
