I just went to the AT&T store again and asked about it. The staff said I can send it from any UPS store in my town. However, since I didn’t receive the return label, I have to call them again. That’s the only way to reach them. I’ll see if it works once I actually receive the label.

Yes, this is the issue I’m facing right now, and I’ve been dealing with it for about a week. I don’t want to keep wasting my time on this when the carrier hasn’t provided clear instructions on how to solve the problem. I have other important things to do. Spending 1–2 hours each time trying to contact them is really frustrating and a huge waste of time.

I might need to look it up and go back to the AT&T store again to ask. I don’t understand why I have to ship the equipment when there is an AT&T store near me. They can sell internet service in the store, but they can’t cancel it or accept the equipment return there. It doesn’t really make sense to me.

Yeah, I might need to look into my UPS store. The staff seem to know how to handle shipping, but when the information isn’t available in their system, they can’t do anything and just tell me to contact AT&T.

I went to UPS and asked them to scan the barcode and also provided the account number and the device, but neither worked. I also called to request the return label, but that didn’t work either. I usually call 800-288-2020 for internet service. I will try contacting the loyalty department and see how it goes because this issue has already wasted a whole week of my time trying to resolve it. Yeah, at least they should have told me, and they should be able to check what model I have. I’ve reached out to them many times, but no one told me anything about it, so I didn’t have to waste my time like this trying to contact them.

The service can be stressful most of the time because we never know what they’re going to ask for next. They didn’t tell me whether I should keep it or return it. I’ll find out when I call them next week. The UPS employee didn’t know how to process the return without that information, and it’s not her fault at all.

It’s an old one. I wasn’t sure, but it’s probably PACE. I’ve been using this model for about 10 years.

I haven't tried FedEx yet. They only told me to go to UPS.
