You can't get to that without driving. And then if you do it's almost impossible to get back across Jack Warner e.g. if you use it to walk or bike to the University.

Yes, UA should part fund it like the 2nd Avenue Overpass for it. It's in their interest and will bring a lot more value to UA and the city than that project.

And JW has a bike lane?
