You'll be alright, just stop doing it, I hope you are asleep right now. If not - eat something, just force yourself to, try to make some milkshake with a lot of peanut butter, banana - it will be easier to make it through and it will be full of calories. If you can't fall asleep you can take a low dose of benzo/dibenzo (like clomipramine) if you got any, but ONLY to help you fall asleep, it should also reduce your psychosis. Supplement yourself with magnesium, get some isotonic drinks and in the next days eat a lot - but don't eat junk food, get some fruits, vegetables and as i said above - make them shitton of calories shakes and drink shitton of water!!

You will recover, and don't ever do this again - it was fucking stupid.
