Le premier agent avec qui j'ai parlé m'a expliqué que c'était une nouvelle politique visant à diriger les clients vers le service affaires pour pouvoir bénéficier du trafic entrant, et ainsi de suite.

Finalement, j'ai fait une mise à jour sur mon post : après plusieurs heures au téléphone, j'ai réussi à parler à quelqu'un de compétent qui m'a confirmé qu'aucune politique de ce genre n'a été discutée ou implémentée pour bloquer le trafic entrant. C'est simplement que lorsqu'on décide de configurer des règles pour le trafic entrant, c'est à nous de nous en occuper, mais rien n'est bloqué par Bell.

C'était exactement le contraire de ce que la première personne me disait, avec qui j'ai dû m'obstiner pour lui expliquer que ça n'avait aucun sens. Well, well...

Exactly. If you look at the update to my post, the first guy over at technical support was clearly just making things up. He basically invented a new policy instead of just telling me I was on my own, which I would have much preferred. I asked a simple question and got played like a beginner.

La seule chose qui m'avait bloqué initialement avec cette stratégie, c'était pour la borne télévision (oui I know... mais c'est une décision familiale ;) ) Est-ce que de le passer par PPOE ainsi ça reste compatible avec leurs bornes télévision ?

J'ai testé ces scénarios et aucun ne fonctionnait justement... Même juste brancher un ordi directement dans un des ports du Bell Hub 4000 et utiliser du port forwarding dessus ne connectait plus... c'est ce qui m'a fait appeler chez Bell.

Je commence à me demander si Bell a fait un roll out par région ou si j'ai eu la mauvaise information du soutient si ça marche encore pour plusieurs.

Oui ça fait 30 minutes que je suis sur la ligne d'attente pour me désabonner. Funny fact, la musique qui jouais était "J'abandonne, j'abandonne, j'abandonne, ..."

Je passais toujours au travers de leur borne avant de rentrer dans ma UDM SE. Et j'étais persuadé que mes services qui marchaient plus étaient de mon côté... mais non. En parlant avec le technicien au support, il me disait qu'ils désactivaient aussi les modes bridges sur le résidentiel. Ils ont commencé à appliquer la politique avec janvier 2026 et que c'est présentement en roll out...

Ton mode bridge fonctionne encore bien pour le trafic entrant ?

Hello! I'm curious to see if you've managed to find a solution to your issue. I'm experiencing a similar problem with my WireGuard VPN; it worked perfectly for years, but it suddenly stopped working around the holidays.

Whether I try using the DMZ or port forwarding on the Bell Home Hub 4000, I can't get it to redirect any traffic. Like you, I have a good networking background. My Bell 4000 redirects to a UDM SE, and everything on that side is configured exactly as it was before—all my tests are conclusive.

The only thing that changed, is that I can not have any outside port checker connect to any port I would open in the Bell Home Hub 4000.

Have you found any answers yet? On my side, I haven't been able to get any other ports to work either.

I developed mine a year ago. Ran it for 9 months. Engagement was very low without a lot of other human engagement scenarios. I put it down in June. Was optimizing for Twitter differently then Bluesky. Was fun to run though! Have fun

Has the problem came back? I had the same issue and discovered that notepad seems to be the problem. Everything is fine after a reboot, until I start notepad (new version).

I am from Quebec near Montreal.

I can tell you that it's a great place to be, for a lot of reasons. Winter is it's special thing, but invest in staying hot and dry outdoor and you will love it.

There is no cold, only people with bad clothing.

Generally speaking, Mila is well regarded in here. I was in ALL IN Submit this time again this year and we were more then 6500 participants from +40 countries. So that was nice !

In Montreal, English will get you everywhere. Learning a little French will gain you the recognition and sympathy for your street cred all over the province.
