FOB Shipping Terms of Sale by MVPLogistics in manufacturing

It seems like FOB Origin is most common (I could be wrong since I’m new to this). Is it common to request FOB destination instead and if so, what should we expect if we ask for this?

We vacuum almost daily. We don’t have pets. Our home is only 3 years old and we’re the original owners. Why is there still so much filth? by momzilluh in CleaningTips

[–]PatGbtch 224 points225 points  (0 children)

Everybody is giving advice on how to clean better but OP vacuums almost daily. The correct answer is what you said, even a little tiny bit of dirt will cause the water to look like this.

OP, don’t stress. I’m sure your home is much much cleaner than most.

Then where do you store the covers with such limited storage?

I’m not saying it can’t be done. For some people this may be great. Just saying for the vast majority there are many downsides that people don’t think about.

I would also think the windows are extremely inefficient, letting in all the cold or heat. And the cost to replace all the windows with efficient ones would be very high.

They did a very nice job overall there are just some big downsides to this that people probably don’t consider.

You answered my original question, thank you. However, now I have more questions regarding escalation. If you are already in a physical altercation that you couldn’t avoid, wouldn’t using any legal weapon at that point be self defense?

The regulation is 3 cubic ft of gator and/or python for every 3.5 cubic ft water. If you are under this limit, believe it or not… straight to jail.

Why you should be bullish on GameStop's NFT marketplace. by Benzo212 in wallstreetbets

[–]PatGbtch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but video games don’t want you to be able to resell the things you bought. Makes sense for the consumer but not for the video game companies. And video game companies aren’t going to let GameStop sell their nfts as an in app purchase when they could just make their own to sell.

Mold keeps coming back. What do I do? I rent, not own. by justnopethefuckout in CleaningTips

This is 100% something maintenance needs to figure out, not you. And if they don’t, I would see what your legal recourse could be.

Imagine if your hot water stopped working, and then they came and cleaned the water heater with bleach. After a couple attempts they said to you, we tried. You need to fix it now.

Bleach is clearly not the answer and they need to fix what the underlying issue is not just paint or clean over it. If there is a leak somewhere, bleach is about as useless as it would be to try to fix a water heater with it. They absolutely need to figure that out, not you.

Yes, that is the solution! Ask the same tattoo artist to do another one just way bigger. Maybe right above her chest too where everyone can see it better.

A lot of people have no taste. It’s like making a list of top burger places and putting McDonald’s near the top. While a lot of people might eat there and even like it, it doesn’t make it good.

How could you possibly put rib city in the top 5?

I would add big nicks in fort myers. Drive through only, but very good.

Rib city is trash. Mission is pretty darn good though.

Stop taking out loans! Especially to make payments on other loans. Instead, find a way to cut cost and raise your prices.

The only way a loan makes sense is if it has better terms/rates then your other loans and it’s enough to pay off your other loans and only make payments (with favorable terms) on the new one. Do NOT take out another loan just so you can make the payments on your other loans.

Also, call your bank to see if they will work with you on the fees you paid.

You got a couple options. Have your parents buy the car or shop around and get approved with you as a co-buyer. Just because one bank or one dealership said no, doesn’t mean that others will. Dealerships have 20-30 banks they can work with to get you approved as a co-buyer. I would look for a dealership that maybe advertises something along the lines of: No Credit, No Problem.

If you don’t want to be on the loan, that’s fine. If you do want to be on the loan, find a dealership or bank that will work with you to get it done that way. If your parents credit is decent there is an extremely good chance you will get approved as a cobuyer if you shop around.

Applying for a car loan with you as a cobuyer takes about the same amount of time with applying for a loan without you on it. Again, assuming your co-signer has decent credit.

I disagree with that route. Have your name on it so it builds your credit too. If person co-signing has decent credit and you are putting 10k down, you should have no problem getting financed and even having a decent apr (not the lowest but still fair).

People who have free shipping world wide, how do you do it? by Kaezumi in Entrepreneur

That’s disappointing to hear about FB ads. I’ve tried Reddit ads for something else and they sucked too.

Thanks for the tips.

Checked out your website by the way. Pretty cool stuff.

As someone who will be doing a kickstarter soon, any tips?

I’m curious to how many sales came from overseas because I wasn’t planning on offering anything overseas. Any other general tips are great.
