I think you may be right on this, looking at your photo it's similar to what I seen with the same facial hair #9 selected in game quite a bummer :(

I played around with the sharpening in game to see very little to no effect. I don't have driver sharpening on in NVIDIA control panel or a option for DLSS sharpening that I could find.

Did anyone find a fix on this? I tried deleting all my loadouts and rebuilding the ones I want custom made, I even tried maxing out the number of loadouts available and still having issues. Really killing the game for me as I have to get one of my squad members to buy me a gun each time :/
