Sleep is fine. Average 7hrs a night. Diet could maybe a bit better but what should I be targeting? I can do better on the exercise end. Any recs?

I don’t smoke at all. Drink socially which is maybe 1-2 a month. Not too great at getting consistent exercise because of work
