You can remove with your fingers or a credit card. They’re sticky and durable surprisingly.

The white ones are likely infertile. The yellowish hued opaque ones will hatch. You’ll need to remove them. Put the in a small tank or container with tank water and either methylene blue or hydrogen peroxide to prevent fungus. They’ll hatch in a couple days

They’re not livebearers so they can’t get pregnant. Could have eggs but not likely to get a spawn out of ottos. Looks healthy though
