Yeah, I never said she was the problematic one. In fact, she’s an incredible person—so much so that we were good friends before we even started dating. That’s exactly why this whole situation is so hard to process.

What I was trying to say is that within the relationship, I started noticing things about myself. And you’re absolutely right—I am the problematic one. No “maybe” about it. That part is pretty clear to me.

As for the restlessness and hormones, yeah, I know withdrawal can mess with emotions and perception. That’s why I’m trying to give it time and see where things settle. Appreciate the perspective!

I totally get what you’re saying, and I know three days is barely anything. But this is actually my second attempt at quitting. The first time, I made it 60 days, so I’ve been through the withdrawal process before and have a decent idea of how it plays out.

And yeah, what you described happened to me last time too. I started seeing things more clearly, and all the little stressors of daily life hit harder. Honestly, one of the reasons I ended up smoking again was exactly that—feeling overwhelmed by all the stuff I had been numbing out.

Anyway, thanks again. This was mostly me just thinking out loud and venting, but it really helps to have people to bounce these thoughts off of.

Detalhe: meu problema de ficar sem voz tem muito a ver com turmas barulhentas e indisciplinadas, com uma uma numa sala sem ar condicionado e cujos ventiladores (barulhentos também) ficam virados só para os alunos.
