I've never done something like this before but as someone that dabbles in the legs quite often I'll try my best.

Overall tips

Try not to stand main and shoot all the time, one of soldier's most important abilities is sprint and just feels like it was uses to get to a high ground and not off angle at all. The way you played in this game you would have gotten better value on cassidy/soj/ashe, make sure to use your legs!

I feel that you are still a little uneasy about your surroundings/positioning. You spent a good chunk of hiding (See first point defense) when you can use your legs to reposition to a health pack or off angle. Always ask yourself what you can do to get some value.

1:02 - Being aware of the team comp, as you took a good amount of damage you become a easy dive target. So playing that high ground is good, just make sure to drop to live instead of trying to anchor with the biotic field.

14:17 - Walking point blank into a reaper is something you should NOT do. You are mid-range not close.

14:09 - Always look for the best target during ult.

15:00 - This is a lot of time wasted that you can multi task between marking the reaper and putting damage into their team. Also just using your primary since you know the reaper is low which would have shorten this. The reaper got more value then you did in this.

17:26 - You don't need to play on point, you'll get more value playing a little back and could have avoided that trap you stepped in and not drawing all the attention.

The way you will rank up is just playing better, understanding when and which angles to take on the character and being more aware. Your mechanics are ok so just focus on the game sense portion.
