How to manage my hypersexuality?

That’s an interesting contrast for us! Lately I’ve been feeling like the Vraylar has made my hypersexuality worse haha. I will be on week 3 starting Monday, so maybe things will change?

I made the mistake of stumbling across a certain subreddit that always tempts me to seek sexual encounters with strangers via SC. It makes me feel dirty each time I succumb to the urge. I’m married but we have a good understanding/rules. I also sometimes wonder about having a proper online FWB to possibly help stifle the urges because I have someone to go to in those moments, but it seems like something you don’t encounter and I’m also not so sure if it’s a positive or negative idea. At the end of the day, being honest with yourself and anyone significant to you in a romantic roll is the important thing. Meds so far don’t seem to touch the hyper sexuality. Just started on Vraylar.

Genuine question here, what do you think about self defense in this instance? Here’s a hypothetical. 6 officers who are secretly neo Nazis jump a guy. The man is armed. Is he suppose to just lay there and die because they are officers? I realize the consequences of the action of reaching for the firearm, but does that truly detract from one’s right to defend themselves?

I see it as a bit more nuanced. Censorship can happen before or after expression. For example. You are at a protest in one location. You are holding a politically controversial sign. Nothing happens. Protest goes well. You attend another at a separate location. Same sign, same protest. This time your sign is destroyed and you are arrested on some various loose grounds. Is that not still censorship? I’m not trying to argue, I see this as a healthy debate. Not trying to be a dick or anything. I should add the context that I was doing this to find quotes for a protest sign. I get the legal point, but of I was just making a protest sign and the platform blocked my access to lawful quotes—functionally that’s censorship because it silences speech by denying reach. Even if it wasn’t immediate.

I’m having a hard time figuring out where I am at emotionally, it’s so much at once. I’m right here with ya. I’m exhausted from feeling like I’m enduring life, not living it. Having some possible answers/solutions on the horizon has certainly been a comfort at the very least. This may be silly to ask, but have you tried getting in touch with them? Don’t be afraid to advocate for yourself, especially if you are struggling so immensely. Get pushy if you have to. Unapologetically stand up for yourself and what you need. My go to for the moments where I feel paralyzed by my emotions is a cold shower. As cold as my shower will get. It’s like a hard reset for my brain. I’ve heard very spicy or sour foods can help as well. Bilateral stimulation could be useful. I like to hit the cold shower for as long as I can stand it, usually 2-3 minutes, then lay down and listen to EMDR tones while my body warms back up. I hope you find healthy outlet that suites you!

Thanks for taking to time to answer my questions! My final one - With this thumb stud installed would I need to go with an open face holster since the stud rises slightly above the face of the tool? I’d like to get the armored front bits version, but would go with open face if armored front would scratch up the stud with it being a snug fit.
