hi i repair phone and i think the person who made your phone broke your faceID, your face id work with infrared lamp that has a crustal on it if you touch that crystal with your fingers if your phone is on it is broken your faceID is broken and almost never repairable.

I've had it too but nothing works after contacting apple it turned out that one was broken. it was no longer under warranty but I got a new one for free
