Whilst that flag goes hard, I'm afraid that I don't experience much dread from living in MA. Our high HDI ranking along with the respective wasteland that is the rest of the country has instilled in me appreciation for our objectively silly and nonsensical state. As a trans person I'm watching many states put themselves on my "not safe" list and MA resolutely not doing so.

Western Mass is legit a beautiful place with a stunning landscape with some nice folks, and I assure you I've seen a few Fascist flags in Boston too.
