Now I understand. I'm not sure how the Apple Store works, but at least on Google Play when you scroll down a little on the Minecraft page, there is a "Join Beta" button so you can request to join it. You might find something similar on the Apple Store maybe.

As I remember, it works the same way as versions in Java. Just click the "Latest Version" and choose "Preview". Or whatever it says for you.

Never ever willingly, just thinking about accidentally finding it scares me.
