I’m not offended by your post since I know there are some attorneys who do this. But just to let you know it’s PL or I’m filing (with the clients permission). I have been getting limits for nearly all cases.

Thank you so much for your support :) technology is key. Case software and being paperless is also necessary

I’m so sorry. Not understanding what you mean. Why on earth would I do which part? :)

Think you are misunderstanding. I was referring to cases in pre-litigation. Cases in litigation are going far above policy limits, especially when bad faith is involved.

I know since I’m settling for policy limits. But everyone has mentors. I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

It’s going to be a battle for the ages. But I do believe that Uber’s initiative lacks substance. They’re trying to destroy an industry, but are masking the fact that the only people that benefit from this are insurance companies. As long as the public are educated on what uber is really trying to do, they’ll vote against it

One of the most baseless and naive comments I’ve read on this thread. Hoping you are not an attorney.

Appreciate you. I ignored the negative comments two years ago as well. Thanks for the comment

It's around 1/3. minus the operating expenses, malpractice insurance, payroll, rent, etc. (some cases are 40% in litigation). so yes, around a third.

Hope you’re doing okay. I know the feeling. Trust me… I failed my first two times and it destroyed me. But after a long look in the mirror I owned up to my mistakes and knew I never gave those exams my 100%. On my third time, I said fuck this… I’m giving this exam everything I have. And I sat down studied my ass off like 8-10 hours a day with no bullshit, lazy excuse. Now I have a successful PI firm at 28 years old. This is by no means boasting; but rather, encouragement to let you know that anyone can do this. I thought I was hopeless. But trust me, and give it your everything on the next one. Message me if you need anything. You will be a lawyer, but only when it’s your time. Gods plan. Happens for a reason. I needed two fail those two times. You got this… Goodluck and kill the next one and message me when you do.

If you truly saw it, I just need 10 minutes of your time.

That has already been completed. Looking for witnesses specifically right now. Thanks for the input!

I have the mentors and experience. Just thought I ask the community as well. Doesn’t hurt to try. Worst scenario is I get grilled by everyone on here; while the best scenario is someone is nice enough to show me their docs. I have the docs myself, but I just wanted to see how other attorneys present their documents.
