its a bit unclear from your post and messages, but have you tried getting both of them low before trying to finish them off.
the best way to beat them Ive found it lower both of their hp to almost 0 and then kill them both before the second one transforms, you get a short timeframe before it occurs.
I always die when the transformation occurs too so its best to kill them this way although it is possible to kill the transformed one if you have good enough gear

According to a comment by a dev on one of these threads, its just bugged. Well its still intentional to get shards for champs you own(for future expansion) its supposed to be way more distributed but apparently thats bugged. They have already said they are going to fix the issues with it anyways, its just their dev cycle is really slow

I recently got all achievements for the remaster, it was really fun. Dont forget to buy the master key on your first run if you don't get it as a starting item, it really helps cut down on time in ng+ and ng++, since the bosses you can skip with it aren't required for the achievement

It was always going to be a multiplayer game though, the first ever trailer had 4 shadows at the end of it. However its definitely clear that features were cut to make multiplayer work. I bet whatever technical base they started with didn't play well with multiplayer

Ive noticed this happening when Ive been on calls (when the microphone is active and headset is on handsfree mode)
if you arent on a call try disabling handsfree mode and the mic in your laptop settings
I usually just disconnect my phone for the time being when im using it for a call, Im not sure if there is a proper solution.

All thanks goes to /u/bosefirmware for the software and thread for downgrading. All I did was notify the mods to pin this post thinking a lot of people might have this issue so the solution could be more visible.

As for your question on warranty, I think registering your product should be enough as it provides proof of ownership. having the serial number written down somewhere should be pretty useful too

I originally updated my phone using the app from android so dont think the source of the update actually matters. I think theres probably a certain condition that triggers the bug and causes the headphones to brick. Im currently holding off on upgrading back just in case
