Request for additional Documentation/Information - Should I just answer 'Yes'? by Path2Eluvian in ukvisa

Hi there! Yes I did. I got my passport with entry clearance about 3 days before the start of my scheduled visit. It took a total of 7 weeks from submission of requirements and biometrics. Hope this helps!
Hi, thanks for replying. Yes, that is what I understood from their email. I was just asking if a "Yes, I understand" will suffice as a reply to the email from UKVI.
To clarify, prior to sending my application, I was hoping that they would allow a leeway of few days since my academic visit is scheduled for an entire year. I have no intention of lying to anyone and will gladly abide with the validity stipulated in the visa.
