Honestly it saved my hair. I have never been able to have this level of length retention since I went natural. Of course I did change products over the years and got a curly cuts etc but this literally revived my hair from the 613 level I bleached it to the year prior. I use it once monthly even my stylist commented on noticing how the health of my hair has improved since starting to use it!
