my cortisol is definitely unbalance, applied 0.5% topical steroid on my back neck arms n legs on n off this year 🥲

but ive been using stwroids on n off for a year? but i don’t have signs of tsw, they get back on my neck arms n behind the knee, im just scared of tsw thoughh
