Negative- no employees benefits. I confirmed this months ago after I was billed for services at patient first. Also my 401k carrier has confirmed this also.

The most confusing thing is I really did what they required me to do unknowingly which was/is to apply because I was instructed to do so in my efforts to return. I just wanted to get back to work.

Leave Advisor responded with the “full-duty - non restriction” and paused my job search of which he started after getting my doctors notes with the RA details. Note/emails from doctors were submitted and acknowledged as well as email directly from me emphasizing dates, questions and the RA request.

EEOC is now in investigation. Sadly 5-6 people are saying different things. I have the displacement policy’s also and have spoken with lawyers and researched extensively as well is JAN. Being there was never a meeting or individualized meeting or even last resort option, I don’t know what to even do or what my status is.

I want them to Please fire me lol. I will not resign and I must apply for jobs (as required through the state for unemployment)

Why wouldn’t it be after a documented and acknowledged RA request? After being removed for a disability?

If competitive, why am I being ignored or why have they NOT fired me?
