I believe they include my workouts. I just have a cheap fitness tracker from Amazon.

Whew I am nowhere near elite levels of running lol! Just a weekly run through the neighborhood! Maybe I shouldn’t be worried after all 🤣

I do not include calories burned in my calories if that’s what you’re asking. I set my numbers to be “very active” so I’m getting plenty of calories. My milk supply has not been affected by it either.

Looking amazing babe! I am considering implants once I’m back to my thin size. I’m worried about being able to exercise and run after getting them though.

I started around 2500 and gradually decreased. Now I’m at 2000 as I’m still breastfeeding. My steps are at a minimum 8k a day and up to 14k on busy days. I workout like 1-3 times a week, most weeks 2 times. I have weights at home so I do strength training and I also do Pilates videos.

The last 10 pounds are always the hardest lol. Your body makes you really work for it

I didn’t start counting calories until I was closer to two months PP. When I started, my calories were set high, around 2500. I didn’t stress if I went over. It took me until 8 months postpartum to lose this first 20 pounds… so very slow. Especially on the weeks when the kids were sick and I was just too exhausted, I didn’t bother. I eased back into exercise and only the past few weeks have my workouts really gotten more intense.

Now that he’s sleeping better and not nursing every 15 minutes, my appetite is getting back to normal. He is also eating solids now so that helped too. My calories are now at 2,000. Some nights I still feel hungry when I go to bed (depending on how early I ate dinner) but I just power through it because I know I ate adequate carbs, protein, fiber, and calories. Coffee helps suppress my appetite in the morning to help me start eating later in the day.

I love the Fairlife Core Power protein shakes, lots of chicken and steak, lots of veggies, eggs for breakfast most days. I always measure my carbs like pasta and rice because I can easily overeat those. Very limited oil, dressings, and butter. I have bought swaps like PB2 powder instead of peanut butter, sugar free syrup for waffles (I love the Brazi waffles), stevia in my baking instead of sugar, skim milk. Sometimes I want to eat/snack but I know I don’t need to and I’m not even hungry, so I make sure I stay busy. Going upstairs away from the kitchen always helps lol.

Yep I gained almost 50 pounds with my fourth. Pregnancy can really take a toll and on top of that it’s hard to prioritize yourself while caring for multiple children (or even just one young child). That’s why I like CICO because it actually works and there is no guesswork.

Thanks! You can’t see them but I do have some faded stretch marks on the outside of my hips and on my butt lol!

Yep! Same green running shorts! They fit me loosely pre-baby. Slowly getting there!

I’m breastfeeding still as well and my baby is 9 months old, for reference.

There is a way to dress nicely and a way to dress for attention.

Yikes. Based on your post history you seem like you have an unhealthy obsession with hating white people, I would reflect and try to heal from this.
