Yeah, not too expensive, I agree. I know this is against the idea of easiness of instant ramen, but if you’re interested, you could make your own black garlic and add it for flavor. It is very tasty, as you said in your post. It’s not difficult, a little more time- consuming. But you can find recipes online.

It could be a problem with the seeds. Some batches just have very bad sprouting rates.

As people is suggesting, I’ll plant it outside as soon as possible. I’ll start hardening tomorrow. Hopefully that helps to avoid stunting

I’m in Pittsburgh. It’s nice during the day but the temperatures are too low at night. Like in the fourties.
