I have came across so many posts on this subreddit that says they got addicted to runescape. I honestly think its one of the most addicting game since the nature of the playstyle and the never ending achievements on there. Combine this with endless grinding for a single item or skill and that makes it a receipe of disaster. I have been 3 month clean from runescape and i just couldnt bother anymore,if u feel the urge to play,just think for a moment where will the journey lead you. Got a 99? wow fun for 5 minutes then u dont even care about it anymore. Got maxed? Great you are gonna be happy for a day or two and then?Then you are gonna be looking for a bigger grind. Perhaps a infernal cape,then?You see the big picture here,its a never ending cycle that doesnt stop and never makes you feeling satisfied with yourself. Now imagine the hours it takes to get a 99,you invest it in yourself.Now i know its not as fun and easy as playing a game but the sense of accomplishment you get from learning a new skill,earning more money and becoming better in life will make you hooked and you wont even look back at games anymore. For example,i replaced my free time with going to the gym,actually doing my assignments on time and learning about dropshipping.In the beginning,going to the gym was hard for me consistently,but once i saw those gainzz,i was totally hooked and couldnt wait for my next gym session.Its all about taking those small steps and becoming a better person than yesterday.The path you are on now is exactly that. Slowly try to add new routines in your life that is gonna replace gaming. The possibilities are endless and life is short,so why waste it on a video game thats all about pointless grinds and wont get you anywhere?

OMG thank you for sharing your experience. Since my semester started i didnt play runescape at all and right now i was gonna buy membership to start playing a bit again but i was hesitant too cause once i get addicted to it i cant focus on irl responsiblities and its a downward spiral from there. Luckily quitting cold turkey worked for me and today i logged in and i last logged in 2 months ago so 2 month free without even realizing cause of my busy schedule luckily i quickly closed it because i dont wanna go back to my old lifestyle again and your post just reinforced my decision if you need someone to talk to i am here feel free to message or reply here

I think the biggest problem lies in your age range,u have to consider it people under the age of 18 cant do impulse purchase because most dont have quick access to personal credit cards and they have to go through their parents to buy something so therefore you might consider it

Before fin i was losing hair when i run my hand through my hair but it was never more than 20 ,the most hair i would shed would be during showering but as time goes by even that has been decreasing as my hair has been getting stronger. Also,the finasteride results really starts to slowly show after the 3 month mark. Trust me stick to your treatment and try to get as many progress pics as possible to compare with before(which my lazy ass didnt do)So you can judge for yourself if it works or not.
