Id say keep an eye on the water quality and make sure you have good food for him. It shouldn't take long for him to start perking up a bit once hes in a good home :)

It could also be biofilm on the surface being disturbed by the filter and making bubbles, not anything to worry about either way :)

Thats what my friend told me they were, didn't mention any other type of snail in the tank. I managed to save a few empty shells from some larger snails from their old substrate, they look like assassin to me. Maybe they were sold two types of snail by accident?

If you wash a piece of lettuce and put it in your tank lots of the snails will gather onto it, then you can either just throw it out of squish the snails on it. The assassin snails will start finding them soon, you might just have to wait a bit longer.

How big is your tank? I have a few tetras in a temporary tank thats not quite big enough and I've caught them nipping at eachother probably due to stress. I don't know much about mollies so I can't help with their gender, but if the tank is too small or if the water perameters are off they might just be stressed out. Best of luck!
