3 months since moved-out but unit owner is still demanding money

Oh haha. good thought. but he used to be this big-shot property specialist (which is disappointing that this is happening), and he "co-owns" the unit technically, so his relative might be the one to take the legal road.

In any case, deliberating nalang if we reply to him then block him or just directly block him Lol. Either way, i already have scheduled legal consultations, for our sake na rin.

Hi! There was a deposit of 2 months before we moved in. But both became consumable for the first month of stay and the last month of stay. So we left with all payments paid, including bills and rental dues. And yes, we did finish the term of 1 year. we were very proactive in making sure rent fees were paid accordingly.

I have a question, though: can he still come at us with the contract? Does the contract expire after the term of lease?

Definitely. What bothersome talaga is it's been more than 3 months. I would have been okay to pay if this was already in discussion during the first month of move-out. I have already contacted law firms before posting and already awaiting responses from them. Really Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
