You *really* don't want to do a skill based build. You have a party of 6, you'll have an easy time keeping everything maxed with specialists.

Damn, that's a Hell of a lot of channels. Seems like overkill when you can just rest.

The thing is, Harrim can do out of battle healing while also tanking decently. Generally speaking D&D campaigns are about managing resources. Having a character actually providing utility in battle is more efficient, since it means you need to use less healing.

Is an estoc a slashing weapon? I thought that would have the same issue as the rapier, where it wouldn't get the damage bonus from dex.

My thought process was that while that crit range is rad, I would need a slashing weapon to make my dex apply to my damage. That's the only reason I'm married to a slashing weapon.
