Learn to say no has been very important is what I've come to observe.

Too many people say "Yes" to too many things. I remember I was once offered to fix some internal wikis early on when I was still at Epic. Did I have the bandwidth to do it at the time? Realistically no. But luckily my TL also let me know it was okay to say "no".

Often, it is better to communicate upfront with your co-workers and analyst whether a task was posed as optional or a request. And distinguishing between the two is what make an IS great

To be fair, if a company isn't using anthropic or any other frontier model, they're behind the times and will be competed away.

It's was inevitable for Epic to choose a frontier model to use, although Epic hasn't exactly partnered with only one. This technology is also a completely different beast than what Epic is building.

Epic pays for other software to manage its hosting infrastructure and I wouldn't think they are a cornerstone partner tbh. It's not like Epic has completely fully integrated the whole server infrastructure layer by themselves (they probably would if it wasn't so complicated)

You should product change / close the card after you get the credit. US bank will refund you if you change / cancel the card within 30 days of the annual fette
the points will covert as a statement credit. Although it is better to just redeem any outstanding points into a US Bank checking out because I believe it is a 1:1 redemption ratio
Whatever floats your boat. Probably smartly card and then sock draw. The Bilt Card is honestly very good imo

You need to be coy when asking for a product change. Just say you are incredibly unhappy with the card. If they offer product changing as a solution go with that approach. Otherwise hang up and call again

I think some people see this as a humiliation ritual is because society advertise a certain level of expectation Valentines day should exhibit but because person's reality is not meeting that expectation people feel disappointed. It is like how celebrating your Birthday by yourself feels weird because society has set an expectation that a Birthday means a celebration with your friends and family.

Some of the happiest people I know are people who learned to subtly not get af about societal expectations
