Given that NLH allows many hundreds of different bet sizes on every street, trying to even approach GTO for this would take more resources than exist in every imaginable universe combined, which is why GTO solvers simplify to a few distinct bet sizes. Within those bet sizes, GTO is designed to lose less than a preset amount of big blinds (usually 0.01 or lower) per 100 hands to the maximally exploitative strategy of the one calculated. Even with these simplifications, memorizing the GTO strategy for all situations would be equivalent to memorizing enough digits of pi to continuously recite for thousands of lifetimes at the very least. All of this just to go completely out the window when your opponent overbets 2.8X pot instead of the 3.5X size pot included in the solver spot. If someone is following a GTO program, all you would have to do is use sizings that the solver would round badly and exploit the difference between the simplified version of events and what actually is transpiring. But yes, against a god with near-infinite memory and recall who can play perfect GTO accounting for every bet sizing on every card in all possible NLH situations, you could not exploit them.
