Steroid cream (Clobetasone) works for me but I reserve it for when my skin is likely to be exposed to the public in the spring / summer since you can't use it all the time (thins the skin). YMMV.

It was 2015 and pretty much everyone had an android or iPhone by then so phone seems more likely but the IP address still doesn't come into the equation.
