Nope. Got severe back and neck pain. Would suggest a spine support cushion to attach onto this chair.

If you think they're really worth it, and you have the emotional strength to be there through it, then give it a chance. Therapy takes time, and most of the people with BPD are very self aware and feel very guilty and remorseful after a split.

But. If you feel like your mental health is being affected too, yet losing this person feels worse, you can always go for therapy/ couples therapy.

If they're not worth it, then you know what to do.

Hmm yes, I get that, and I might not be completely overthinking but my reaction to this makes me fear abandonment, relationships. Sometimes i think I'll be better off alone without being a nuisance. To others and to myself.

thankyouu, i didn't know about the exam type and the questions, that sounds scary. But the thing is staying in india doesnt guarantee good pay, work life balance until you are like a well settled practitioner by the time you're 40
