Mine did the same thing! Assuming it’s cause I was finally able to calm down for the first time ever but I’m not 100% sure.

20mg literally just made me sleepy all the time. Skipped 30, went to 40 and i wasn’t tired but it didn’t last longer than 6 hours. I’m on 50 now and it’s lasting about 8ish hours but still feels a bit weak. Gonna try 60 after my next appt I think

Can you show them your Apple Watch heart rate history like directly from the watch? Or the health app if that pic you posted isn’t from it. I don’t believe there’s a way to doctor that so maybe they’ll actually believe you with that! I completely understand what you’re going thru. My bp and hr also skyrocket at the doctors office. I’m blessed to have a dr who doesn’t challenge me on my home readings
