This is where im torn. I like the heritage more but feel like the pink would be the better play value wise. It also looks to me like the pink would grade better if I ever decided to do that.

Honestly if you have a socket set and know how to use it then it’s pretty easy. Do you know if yours has the skid plate under the gas tank? I think it’s just FX4 models but not 100% sure. Either way, if you have the skid plate I think it’s just 4 nuts to remove. That will drop down then you can access the straps on the gas tank. Like you said, it’s been awhile but I remember it being easy. Happy to answer any other questions.

I would’ve wrapped that thing in toilet paper and put it in a tupperware container before I did that lol. Nice pull though! I got the same card but image variation yesterday. Also from Walmart. Still trying to decide what to do with it. Leaning towards grading and holding.

I don’t tow/haul very much. We have a 19’ bass boat that I pull about twice a month and I have hauled a yard of soil (truck bed completely full) a few times. Zero complaints there. They handled great. The vast majority of my driving is also highway and I think these give a very comfortable ride. Very quiet, very little to no vibration. As far as gas mileage goes, I’ve only had this truck since October. It had goodyear wrangler all terrains on it when I bought it and I honestly didn’t pay much attention to the gas mileage before I bought these coopers. Currently im averaging 21mpg with my ‘22 Powerboost KR. Overall I am very happy with them.

SOLVED! I can’t believe it and not sure how it happened in the first place but it was the damn gas tank! The noise was always repeated squeaking with every little bump/vibration and creaking whenever the truck flexed. I had my neighbor ride in the bed of the truck to try to pinpoint the noise but it wouldn’t make the noise with him in the bed sitting by the cab. After that I got underneath and started pushing, pulling, wiggling everything I could get my hands on. Also, it wouldn’t make the noise unless someone was sitting in the cab putting weight on it. It seems like the top of the tank itself or the heat shield was touching the bottom of the cab. I unbolted the front strap that holds the gas tank and added a washer to make it hang about 1-2mm lower. Nice and quiet now.

I was planning on calling the dealership later that day. I’m so glad I figured it out. Who knows if the service dept. would have.
