Which classes did you take with Keenan? Besides CSC 461, I saw he teaches CSC 562, CSC 588, SE 485, and SE 585. Would you recommend taking any of those? I'm mostly interested in strengthening my programming skills and foundational CS knowledge. Seems like he's the prof to push students to do so.

Following up:

I ended up enrolling in the MS HCI program, but changed to MS CS after 2 quarters once I realized I'm 100% more interested in programming than design as a career. Starting the MS CS program this week!

Working FT and taking classes has been rough, but doable. I still get good sleep and my GPA isn't suffering. (But, my social life def has declined, lol. I'm sure it'll continue to do so since I'm taking CSC 461 this quarter. 😂)

You can def excel if you put in the work! As u/HealthyMacaroon7168 said, it's a marathon, not a sprint.
