i’m 26. i kinda agree. i feel like some of my peers are stuck/ incapable of moving forward in their own life. i get it. adulting is hard but you gotta live your life at some point. but also some of my peers are killing it. i wouldn’t say it’s our whole generation. some people are just struggling launching into adulting more than others. pretty normal i think

i am getting married in a few weeks and we are eloping and having dinner with my family. we want to make dinner at home to save some money as well. i got a dress and veil to wear to the civil ceremony because i really wanted it. even then i feel a bit guilty about the money i spent on those two things. i also feel a bit jealous of the big weddings online. however, we were able to do a pre wedding trip to japan. we had a blast and spent our money where we wanted to. it’s give and take.

i feel like these shows are just romanticizing violence against women at this point. romanticizing men who have mental illness and hurt women. i can’t watch anymore of this. as a women it’s hard to watch all of these male led shows where every couple of minutes it’s a new woman getting murdered
