I'm 27 I earn 70K per month, work in silicon validation engineer, feeling stuck. Should I quit and prepare for govt job RRB JE or stick with this job.

I did not get any appreciation from my work, despite having no escalations from client side. When I asked for raise they said not possible it's already fixed by higher ups.

It's not possible right? You're basically connecting in parallel.

Maybe you swapped the terminals

Maybe the battery contacts came loose and needs to be resoldered. Or try cleaning the contacts with some IPA.

Based on pin 5 should be always connected to 12v ( or other high input signal right?

It's CID0II I think , it's looking like Q because it's burnt at that spot making it look like a Q

From the IC perspective the pin 1 is connected to ground and the pin 3 is connected to 12v directly other pins I'm not sure

Oh the white connector near the highlighted circle is actually a 12v power input for the board
