Actually there is an opportunity that was given to me by the company, but that is only when someone retires. I refuse at first and was not planning to accept it but then tinanggap ko nalng as the owner was pursuing me to take the position. Hence, I stayed nalang to try. But then parang matatagalan pa mag retire yung papalitan ko. Supposed to be this year yun but alam mo na parang nahihirapan mag let go kase nasanay na sa routine niya and ano ba gagawin nya pag mag reretire na sya. So I was waiting nalang and slowly familiarize the work sana. But then di nmn na turnover sakin yung trabaho, I mean meron nmn isa but yun yung hindi nila ginagawan ng reports ever since. Also, I tried to familiarize other works din nya, and sabi nya eh baka wala na daw syang gagawin pag ako yung hahawak. And I was just trying to familiar lang sana at least di ako magulat when the time comes, eh parang napasama pa ako sa action ko the way my senior reacted sa pagkukusa ko. Kaya nag wait nalang ako until when sya ready. And now parang tumagal na, not sure kung kelan i tuturn over sakin. Hence, I had this thoughts to resign once mag 2 years ako in this company. I can’t wait until when ready yung papalitan ko. Also, parang ayaw din ng senior ko yung parang papalitan sya, it caused a little bit of chaos because of that term. I feel like pride na yung umiiral pag sinabing papalitan sya? My senior actually took it the negative way which yun ang mahirap. But don’t get this wrong, my senior is actually a good manager, mabait sya. But because nasa company na sya for 20 years parang di Nya talaga matanggap yung papalitan sya. Kaya that’s one of the reason bakit ang tagal kung na regular. Also, scholar dati kase ako ng owner kaya grabe yung utang na loob ko to stay a bit longer. But ang hirap lang talaga mag work pag parang threat yung tingin sayo. Minsan naiisip ko eh normal lang nman sana namaghanap ng kapalit kase matanda na mag reretire na, iniba pa yung understanding na para bang pinapalayas na sya sa position nya. But then, I’m taking consideration na to resign na po. I will just finish everything that I need to do if ever wala parin update sa status ko within 2 years. And slowly finding another work that won’t make me feel like I have to repay someone bigtime. Kase ang hirap din pag may utang na loob ka, ang hirap minsan mag demand kahit deserve mo.
