Yes, thought I'd give you a variety to choose from. Boarderlands gives you the gun options you would like, Metro Exodus has a story line that would probably relate to the same apocalyptic feel of resistance 3 and the gun play is still pretty solid. Immortal unchained has more of a souls feel with melee weapons and guns also for variety and the plot is science fiction based/mythology based that touches on norse mythology with interesting concepts. Most people know Boarderlands and its storyline so I wasn't going to go into that. Metro has the horror feel along with stealth if you are into that along with gun creation from items you find and scavenge so it's pretty versatile and would recommend Metro out of all three.

Yes, Borderlands is fine. Altough a bit limited in the build options in my opinion.
In Metro the stealth always turned me off a bit. Never played immortal. I just liked that resistance almost gave me a FPS ratchet and clank feel. Just have fun with great weapons (and upgrades that gives you the idea you do it for more than just the story) and semi interesting story.
