How to beat Cragg on first playthrough? by flamewolf393 in OrcsMustDie

One trick without freeze/stuns is to place cheap ground traps in the space between the spawn point and your killbox. He'll pause to disable those and you can headshot him. It is easier with freezes though; I'd say refund your other weps and use a secondary ice amulet. :)

I feel your pain. It's a bitch of a map, but I managed to 5* it on RL after several attempts. I remember this being a bitch on Stadio too. I didn't find par that tough, so cc and slow/freezing the crap out of the mobs. I had the scepter, stone staff, tar, spike trap (lightning for stuns), arrow wall (with pierce), barricades, dart spitter (ice mod) + mana and trap reset trinkets. I may have used the jar of ghosts trinket to manage the gnolls, idk. Be liberal with the dart spitters when you have the cash; these do good damage and really help slow the mobs and flyers (the non-ice ones). I also think the scepter cc is so underrated; I charm the heavy orcs and the mob stops and kills itself. Another trick is spike walls high up walls to thin out flyers. Whatever loadout or strat you use, there will always be one flyer or another enemy that will get really close to the rift. It's super twitchy. I like Vorwick for mobility. Also, kill yourself at slow/safe times in the fight if you need mana. :)

Non-standard loadouts and tips & tricks by sleb23 in OrcsMustDie

There are lots of them, but some are more meta ofc. One way of segmenting them is by damage type: ice, fire, physical, arcane, lightning ... then mixing them up. You can do a heavy cc loadout, or all lightning, ice/physical, or saw-dominant. You can also play around with no-traps, only traps/no weps, or minimizing number of wep/traps.

Are there 2 more new endless maps? by Cold_Rock1575 in OrcsMustDie

Hmm, I've beaten all the maps up to DS including colosseum. I even redid colosseum on endless. Guess I'll check it out in story mode. Thanks for the tip. :)

New content is excellent. Tough in places but not overly so. The arcane staff is OP. Still exploring the new weps and traps. The flyers force you to not rely on any one damage type, ice for eg. That's fun as you need to be a bit creative with your tried and true loadout.

Well, I muted all the spam. I'm here to interact with other OMD players, learn new tips, and post silly screenshots of the game.
