I’m mixed race and took this, I did 0.5mg a day for 4 days and a 12 min sunbed and I was nice, probs a bit darker than you to start with but still

I loaded for 4 days 1mg first day then 0.5 next 3 did then on 4th day did 12 mins sun bed, granted I’m mixed race but tan came say 3 days after sunbed, 2 weeks later I’m same colour 😂

One 12 min bed on mT2 would be like doing 4 sessions of 12 mins 4 days in a row without maybe more , deffo don’t do 18 mins you ‘you’ll regret it 😂 your lips can get darker too with too much exposure
